I am the Performance Coordinator primarily responsible for the technical operations of all large and small event technical requirements. This involves the rigging, focussing and programming of lights, the audio set-up and live mix of sound and vision in live entertainment for events at this creative and performing arts high school.
I train production crews of VET Entertainment students to work as production crew on these events and larger events such as School Spectacular. They work as stage crew, lighting, vision and sound operators. The events include formal presentations and concerts of dance, drama and music.
I also work regularly on events setting up concerts for local primary schools, over seeing Entertainment student production crews at Department of Education events and working in a wide range of venues including the Opera House, the Seymour Centre, the Casula Powerhouse, Glen Street Theatre, Campbelltown Arts Centre, the NSW State Sports Centre, Homebush Amphiteatre and the late but great Qantas Credit Union Arena,
I am available for consultation on any area of event set up, staging, lighting, vision and audio.

In October, 2016 the production of Secret Bridesmaids Business was put on by the Liverpool Performing Arts Ensemble at Casula Powerhouse. I had great pleasure in designing the set for the production as well as doing the lighting and sound design and operating the desk.

I directing and played the role of Jim in Michael Gow's classic play Away. This is being mounted by Liverpool Performing Arts Ensemble in the main theatre at Casula Powerhouse. I have had great pleasure in designing a series visual backdrops to set the stage for each scene in the play. these are projected along with some video on the large screen but above the actors heads. The lighting design successfully isolate the actors from the light of the visuals which will remain through out each scene. The rationale for this is to constantly remind the audience that they are watching a representation and not an naturalistic illusion of reality.
